The apartment had gone decades without an update: a closed, dark layout, an original kitchen and bathroom with plumbing and wiring at the end of their life, and worn finishes that made it impossible to bring to market at a good price. As a flip, every week on site counted: it had to be fully renovated without slipping on budget or timeline.

We delivered a full renovation in 2 months: complete new plumbing and consumer unit, a new layout to bring in light and space, a brand-new kitchen and bathroom from start to finish, continuous flooring throughout, and fresh joinery and paint. Our own masonry, plumbing and electrical team worked the site exclusively to hit the deadline.

We handed over the apartment finished and ready to sell on schedule and at the fixed price we signed. The property went from uncompetitive to market-ready with a new kitchen, bathroom and services, revalued and with no outstanding technical debt.
