Kitchen fronts
We lacquer kitchen doors and drawers in your chosen colour and the kitchen looks new with no building work. We use polyurethane lacquer for its resistance to moisture, grease and daily cleaning.

Wardrobes, dressers and furniture
Wardrobes, shelving, dressers and sideboards renewed with two lacquer coats and drying between them. We rescue quality furniture that only needs a fresh finish to shine again.

What you ask us most.
Is it worth lacquering the kitchen instead of replacing it?
If the units are structurally sound, very much so: lacquering the fronts costs a fraction of a new kitchen and the visual change is dramatic. What you don't see, drawers, hinges, boards, is kept, and you renew the only thing that visibly ages: the colour and finish of the doors. If we find boards swollen by moisture, we tell you first.
Does the lacquer hold up to kitchen moisture and grease?
Yes, because for kitchen and bathroom we use polyurethane lacquer, far more resistant to moisture, grease and frequent cleaning than water-based. With correct sealing, the lacquered front wipes clean with a cloth and withstands years of daily kitchen use.
Can you match the colour of furniture I already have lacquered?
Yes. We match the colour from a sample so new or restored pieces look identical to the existing ones. We finish all pieces of the same project in the same batch to guarantee colour and sheen match exactly.
Do you lacquer or varnish? Which suits me?
Lacquering covers the wood with a smooth, even colour (white, grey, etc.); varnishing keeps the natural grain and protects it. If you want a clean, modern look, lacquering; if you have fine wood worth showing, varnishing. We advise based on the piece and the result you want.
How long does it take to lacquer kitchen fronts?
An average kitchen is usually ready in 4 to 6 working days, including drying between coats. We remove the fronts and drawers to lacquer them in controlled conditions and refit them when done, leaving the kitchen operational with a uniform, durable finish.
Lacquering kitchen fronts or wardrobes costs a fraction of replacing them and the change is dramatic. Professional spray lacquering in any colour, over structurally sound fronts, with a finish resistant to moisture and grease.
Replacing a whole kitchen costs several thousand euros; lacquering the fronts, a fraction. If the units are sound inside, drawers that glide, firm hinges, boards that haven't swollen, the only dated thing is usually the colour or finish of the doors. Lacquering them white, grey or any tone you like takes the kitchen from the 2000s to current without touching the installation, worktop or appliances. It is the best cost-to-result renovation we do, much in demand in Chiclana, Jerez and El Puerto.
For kitchen and bathroom furniture we use polyurethane lacquer, which handles moisture, grease and constant cleaning far better than water-based. For bedroom wardrobes or living-room furniture, where that demand is absent, water-based lacquer gives a beautiful finish with less odour while drying. In both cases, preparation is key: thorough sanding, filling and priming before spray lacquering, which is what stops the finish peeling with use.
