We started in 2024 renovating our own properties for investment (flips) in central Cádiz, backed by years of prior industry experience in Sevilla. In 2026 we opened that same way of working to the public.
Reformas By Bianca is part of Bianca Group. Coming from the investment world gives us an edge: we know how to look after every euro and every deadline, because we've felt first-hand what a runaway renovation costs.
Our own team where it matters most
We have our own team for electrics, plumbing and masonry —the trades that drive a renovation's quality and timeline— and subcontract other trades with trusted professionals. When a project calls for it, we work with qualified technicians.
